Returns Policy

At Pink Saint Clothing, we constantly strive to ensure that the products we bring to your door are of the very highest quality. However, sometimes you might want to change your mind. That's fine.

Our policy for returns is outlined below:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery/attempted delivery to return or exchange your items. This means that the returned item must be received by our offices exactly 2 weeks from the day your order is delivered/attempted delivery. You MUST email us beforehand to let us know that you will be returning an item,

All products returned must be in a new and unused condition with all the original labeling attached. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear to the tags. The item has to be returned to us in a fully saleable condition. Please take extra care when trying items on as items marked with makeup, fake tan or the scent of perfume will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the customer.  Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by email) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

Pink Saint Clothing cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges whether they be within the UK or abroad. We do not accept returns from international orders (except Ireland.) All items purchased on our website must be returned to the head office at the responsibility of the sender.

If there is a manufacturing fault with the product, shipping charges may be refunded for returns. All products are quality checked before leaving our facility but if you do notice something you should notify us with 48 hours of receiving the product, otherwise we can not be held accountable. 

Goods are returned at your own cost and Pink Saint Clothing recommends that these are sent by recorded delivery in order to guarantee safe return. Our 14 day policy does not exclude bank holidays. Please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for the safe transit of returns. 


Once your package has been returned to us within the time frame stated above (unless otherwise authorised by Pink Saint Clothing head office), we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will be checked and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including VAT for all EU country customers excluding any shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction.

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you. Pink Saint Clothing reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Pink Saint Clothing will not accept an item for return or exchange that has been worn, washed or with tag's removed. We will not refund or exchange items that we believe fail to meet the standards explained above.

In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We must be made aware of any exchanges within 14 days of arrival. Upon receipt of your returned item/s, you will be emailed a coupon code, which allows you to re-order in an alternate size/colour. 

Exchange and stock check enquiries can be made by contacting where we will then forward you the returns address  

We recommend that you send all items insured and/or registered when sent by post as we cannot take responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Incorrect Order

In the unlikely event that an item different to that listed on the order has been shipped to you, please contact and we will endeavor to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
